How we use it
Birth information is used to calculate the reading, support secure access and resolve customer service issues. We do not sell personal birth data. The public sign calculator processes the submitted date, time and selected city to return a result; it does not create a saved forecast. The public numerology calculator runs in your browser.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store raw card numbers.
Retention and deletion
For questions about stored reading information or to request deletion, use the contact details on our Contact page. Keep your report access link private: anyone with a valid link may be able to open the report.
Analytics
The preview uses session storage in your browser so it can remain available when you move to the preview page. Closing the browser session may clear it. Hosting and payment services may process operational information needed to deliver the service.
Frequently asked questions
Does the numerology calculator save my birth date?
The public numerology calculator runs in your browser and does not submit your birth date. The personalized horoscope form sends birth information to our server to calculate a chart and, when the purchase service is available, save a reading.
Do you need my full street address?
No. Birthplace search uses a city or town with its region and country. You should not enter a street address. The chosen locality provides approximate coordinates and a time zone for the calculation.
